Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.
Personalised items
Personalised and made-to-order gifts are produced to your specification and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please check your personalisation carefully before ordering.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days in original condition, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We use industry-standard authentication and encryption to protect your data.
